- Set up Ads and Optimize Campaigns such as Facebook Ads, Google ads, TikTok Ads, Line Ads etc.

- Lead and manage media optimization strategies across multiple digital platforms to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance media performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative media strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Drive and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), with a particular focus on conversion lead metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in lead generation and quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media optimization to maintain competitive advantage.
- Develop and present comprehensive performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and expertise in media optimization.
[ ==Job Qualification == ]
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media optimization, with a proven track record of improving campaign performance and ROI.
- Advanced proficiency in media buying platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager).
- Understand the analysis of campaign metrics for lead generation on advertising platforms. This includes analyzing the cost per lead, the increase or decrease in leads, and measuring results through coding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- *Experience in online marketing for the real estate industry will be given special consideration.*
