Lead the Media Planning team, providing strategic direction, overseeing execution, and mentoring team members to enhance expertise in Performance Marketing and Programmatic Advertising.
Develop and implement digital media strategies, including Media Touch-Point Planning, cost analysis, and performance evaluation across social media, mobile, digital PR, and interactive channels.
Manage and optimize advertising campaigns, encompassing Direct Buy, KOL/Influencer partnerships, and Biddable Media (Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc.) to maximize performance and align with business objectives.
Plan and execute KOL/Influencer Marketing campaigns, covering KOL selection, contract negotiation, content strategy, and ROI measurement to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness.
Analyze and evaluate campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations and integrating technology solutions such as AI, automation tools, and tracking code implementation to enhance campaign efficiency.
Oversee budget allocation and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor ad delivery and propose optimization strategies, leveraging A/B Testing and Data-Driven Optimization to improve overall campaign efficiency.
Compile and present statistical reports and digital insights, offering strategic recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.
Coordinate projects among clients, internal teams, and media vendors, ensuring seamless execution and successful campaign delivery."

7+ years of experience in Media Planning, Media Buying, or Digital Advertising,
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or related fields.
Proven track record in KOL/Influencer marketing, digital strategy, and performance-driven campaigns.
Strong team leadership and ability to mentor and develop Media Planners. focus on fostering a positive, non-toxic work environment and collaborative culture.
Passionate about emerging media trends and continuous learning.
Effective negotiation and communication skills with agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
