Creative Group Head

- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to enhance ideation and communication.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Media, and Production teams for integrated solutions.
- Support new business pitches and contribute to campaign planning.
- Foster a creative and growth-oriented team culture.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in creative roles, with prior team leadership.
- Strong in both strategic thinking and creative execution.
- Portfolio that showcases successful campaigns across digital and offline media.
- Deep understanding of brand identity, consumer insight, and storytelling.
- Able to use creative AI tools like Copy AI, ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney.
- Strong presentation, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Good at managing time and working under pressure in agile environments.
- Passionate about creative work and committed to team growth.
