Develop, create and lunch brands
Work with Account Managers to ensure each project, in accordance with briefing, are clearly outlined and estimated
Review all art creation
Suggest the best practice to be adopted
Suggest and/or approve best quality job for delivery
Come up with creative thinking during brainstorming sessions, creative wall reviews
Guide, influence, and motivate others with thought-provoking ideas and recommendations
Crack new ideas for creative team management and processes
Assist in the supervision of the creative department to promote an inspiring atmosphere and desirable work flow to achieve the best work
Recommend required resources and technology needed to execute assigned projects to junior staff

Minimum 2-5 years’ experience as professional Art Director in multimedia agency or advertising agency with extremely strong design portfolio.
Thorough knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator or others
Ability to not only direct creative teams but physically generate amazing work.
Proven ability to communicate creative solutions with confidence, ease, and clarity.
Full understanding of browser/platform constraints as they affect online design and professional understanding of typography in both print and screen media
