We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take on a hybrid role as Head of Social Media & Account Director. This position combines high-level strategic planning for social media (both Always-On and Campaign-based) with exceptional client management. You will be responsible for shaping social media direction for multiple brands, leading internal teams, and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Social Media Leadership
Develop and oversee social media strategies for both Always-On Marketing (AWO) and seasonal or campaign-driven marketing initiatives.
Ensure content strategies align with each brand’s tone of voice, business goals, and target audience behavior.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.
Keep the agency at the forefront of emerging trends and platform innovations (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
2. Team & Project Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team including Social Media Executives, Content Creators, Community Managers, Analysts, and Account Managers.
Approve and oversee content calendars, creative assets, and campaign rollouts before client submission.
Ensure high standards of creative output, clear workflow, and effective cross-departmental collaboration.
Implement and maintain project timelines, scopes, and budgets for both AWO and campaign projects.
3. Client Relationship & Account Direction
Act as the primary strategic partner for key clients — from onboarding and briefing to performance reporting and long-term planning.
Translate client objectives into integrated digital strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
Lead presentations, campaign pitches, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and performance discussions.
Identify and propose new opportunities to expand service offerings or campaign directions to existing clients.
