Client management:
Understand the client’s vision and needs into business requirements, coordinate with teams members on required deliverables and manage client expectations.
Work as a partner with clients. Able to share thoughts towards client issues.
Able to catch client message accurately and identify it to client and team.
Negotiating with clients, solving any problems, and making sure deadlines are met.
Project implementation and monitor plan progress.
Have a good sense of finances, manage budget & control working timeline to ensure timing plans are fully up to date or on time.
Preparing the brief / Competitor's review and relevant useful information for the team.
Creative Leadership:
Ensure creative team with motivation and working processes.
Initiative and spark creative ideas with the creative team.
Strategy:
Understand the basic structures of strategy planning.
Demonstrate analytical thinking when approaching assignments and providing recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and social platforms and demonstrate an understanding of how they can be integrated into communications programs.
Leadership:

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing communications capacity with local and international clients.
Excellent understanding of agency/creative/production processes.
Digital creative agency experience is preferred.
Must be proactive, a self-starter and an excellent communicator both verbal and written.
Good command of spoken and written English.
A natural leader with effective management and delegation skills.
Experience in managing financials across multiple projects.
