Account Manager

  • He/ She should be able to work as a partner with clients, support clients in driving short-term sales, and build long-term brand values.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each process involved in a project and execute actions required as they arise.

  • Understanding CRM, data-driven marketing, and Martech are preferable.

Client management:

  • Understand the client’s vision and needs into business requirements, coordinate with teams members on required deliverables and manage client expectations.
  • Work as a partner with clients. Able to share thoughts towards client issues.
  • Able to catch client message accurately and identify it to client and team.
  • Negotiating with clients, solving any problems, and making sure deadlines are met.
  • Project implementation and monitor plan progress.
  • Have a good sense of finances, manage budget & control working timeline to ensure timing plans are fully up to date or on time.
  • Preparing the brief / Competitor's review and relevant useful information for the team.

Creative Leadership:

  • Ensure creative team with motivation and working processes.
  • Initiative and spark creative ideas with the creative team.


Strategy:

  • Understand the basic structures of strategy planning.
  • Researching client’s brand, industry, competitors review, target insights.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking when approaching assignments and providing recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and social platforms and demonstrate an understanding of how they can be integrated into communications programs.


Leadership:

  • Act as a project leader and strong management with a team to bring a job to be done as a successful.
  • Set up a development program to enable an account executive to reach minimum job standards within agreed upon period.
  • Ensure all subordinates complete the company induction program.

[ == Job Qualification ==]

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing communications capacity with local and international clients.
  • Excellent understanding of agency/creative/production processes.
  • Digital creative agency experience is preferred.
  • Must be proactive, a self-starter and an excellent communicator both verbal and written.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • A natural leader with effective management and delegation skills.
  • Experience in managing financials across multiple projects.
  • Detail-oriented, Organized, Multi-tasker, Team player, and Fast-paced.
